These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the RETM Property Management Platform ('Platform') operated by RETM Property Management Company (Commercial Register No. 4030478754). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

RETM provides a comprehensive property management platform that enables property owners, managers, and tenants to manage real estate operations, including but not limited to property listings, tenant management, rent collection, maintenance requests, financial reporting, and communication tools.
To access certain features of our Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account or any other breach of security.
You agree to use our Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
Our Platform provides tools for property management including tenant screening, lease management, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting. Property owners and managers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
Subscription fees, transaction fees, and other charges are outlined in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing users.
RETM and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to software, content, trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform ('User Content'). By uploading User Content, you grant RETM a non-exclusive license to use, display, and process such content as necessary to provide our services.
Our Platform allows users to post content, comments, and reviews. You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure it complies with these Terms and applicable laws.
We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms, is inappropriate, or may cause legal liability.
Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of such external sites.
Professional associations and industry organizations may link to our Platform with prior approval

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RETM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to RETM in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
